How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order from your account.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Opened skincare can only be returned if faulty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Every payment is processed securely.
Is the Silk Styler suitable for my country?
Yes. It is dual voltage (110–220V). Please choose the plug type for your country when ordering: US for the United States and EU for Poland.
Is the eye cream suitable for sensitive skin?
It is formulated for a variety of skin types. As with any new skincare, we recommend a patch test first and stopping use if irritation occurs.
